12 Aug 12th August 2017 DELHI - CHANDIGARH - 255 KMS
Country roads and getting used to the ride conditioning the self and preparing for the mountains, food at dhabas, parathas and curd with jumbo tea glasses.

13th August 2017 CHANDIGARH - MANALI - 310 KMS
The Ghats will meet you and some bumpy roads to keep you on your toes, and as one enters Manali and river Beas greets you with its wonderful melody.

14th August 2017 DAY AT MANALI
Bikers prepare and do the final check up for the next 15 days, as they will ride up to manali, us crossing many a pass to reach Leh, Paragliding/ river rafting for the adventurous ones in solang valley a few KM from Manali is also available.

15th August 2017 MANALI - VIA KELONG / JISPA TO SARCHU - 223 KMS
You will be crossing one of the highest motor able roads, crossing Rohtang and Baralaccha.

16th August 2017 SARCHU - LEH - 260 KMS
The 2nd highest road awaits you on this day, Taglang-LA AT 17420 Feet. Along with la chuingla pass at 16000 feet.

17th August 2017 DAY AT LEH
Acclimatize and a lazy day as you relax and explore the place on your own, shey monastery, Magnetic hill, beckons to be explored, Rancho school too is not too far.

18th August 2017 LEH - KHARDUNGLA - NUBRA - 150 KMS
World’s highest motor able road awaits us on this day at 18380 feet. Nubra valley also provides for Camel ride, Spend time on the sand dunes. You might experience snow on this day.

19th August 2017 NUBRA - PANGONG - 170 KMS
Shyok River keeps us company as we go over the riverbed, an experience by itself with no roads almost.

20th August 2017 PANGONG - LEH - 160 KMS
Memories of the lake keep you company as you ride along the most beautiful lake you will ever see, 134 km long lake that extends to china

21th August 2017 LEH - SARCHU - 260 KM
We start the decent back, the first leg of our return to the plains, leaving behind the cold cold weather.

22th August 2017 SARCHU - MANALI - 223 KMS
We experience civilization and tourists looking for an escape. Café Tibet kitchen is a good place to spend time with your friends

23th August 2017 DAY AT MANALI
Buy gifts for friends and family, stroll along the roads and soak in the sites of Manali, the hot springs. Chopsticks and café 1947 in old manali is a must visit for some wonderful food.

24th August 2017 MANALI - CHANDIGARH - 310 KMS

25th August 2017 CHANDIGARH - DELHI -255 KMS

• The program schedule / route/ mode of transport might be changed due to unforeseen circumstances or for the safety of the group; During the tour the decision of the Program Director and/ or the Field director will be final & binding in this regard.

• In case any participant falls sick during the tour, the expenses for medical treatment, travel & porter charges etc. will be borne by the concerned individual.

• The Program Director shall not be held responsible for any accident, illness and loss of valuables or such other unforeseen events during the tour.

Well experienced and skilled Royal Enfield Mechanic. They are well trained to handle large groups.

• Tour leader cum guide on his bike to lead the group

• Tour manager in the backing car to manage all odd and events on the way.

•• Backing vehicle – (Xylo/Innova/Ertiga) car for mechanical and medical support. The mechanic will be in the car with all the required tools and spare parts.

• • All the required spare parts and tools will be there. The spares used on the way will be chargeable.

• • If, the group number is odd then only the accommodation will be at triple sharing.

• • Tents will be Swiss Camps with attached western wash rooms & hotel accommodation will be neat and tidy rooms with clean wash rooms.

• • Food (Breakfast & Dinner ) from day 01 breakfast on the way to Chandigarh till breakfast on 14th Day. All meals in the hotel where we stay or at eating joints on the way.

• • Inner line permits to restricted / protected areas for Indian nationals.

• Basic first Aid Kit. It’s advised that one should bring his/her own medicines which are known and suitable to him.

• Any personal air / bus / taxi / jeep fare

• Any kind of personal expenditure like such as tips, extra meals, alcohol, mineral water, laundry, optional tours, medical expenses, phone calls, entrance fees to monuments/forts/monasteries, camera fees, guide fees etc.

• Any kind of personal, accidental or medical insurance or any medical expenses.

• In case on any natural calamity, landslides, road blockages if, the tour is extended or we have to change the itinerary then any extra cost which occurs beyond our control will be on client’s side.

• It’s an adventure ride full of challenges and unpredictable weather conditions. Some areas are also political tensed so because of any such natural or human made calamity if, the tour is extended / diverted or terminated before the ending date then in such case MEIN FERNWEH will not be responsible for it.

Tour excludes all such things, which are not mentioned above in our format.
DO 'S and DONT ' S

• Climatic conditions in the high altitudes are different take's time to get acclimatized to high altitudes.

• Do not consume alcohol or any other intoxicants during the tour.

• Do Carry basic medications and your own first-aid kit during the tour.

• Use of vehicles for personal use will be charged EXTRA.

• Power breakage and warm water will not be available 24 hours, please be prepared for the same.

• In case any participant falls sick during the tour, the expenses for medical treatment, travel & porter charges etc. will be borne by the concerned individual.

• The Program Director shall not be held responsible for any accident, illness and loss of valuables or such other unforeseen events during the tour.

Some things to know :

• There is a possibility that you might suffer from Altitude sickness or Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). One should be weary of the following symptoms.

• Lack of apetite

• Nausea or vomiting

• fatigue

• Dizziness

• swelling of hand feet and face

• Shortness of breath

• Nosebleed

• Thus you are requested to ask your doctor and carry medications for yourself.
